At Sugarcoats, we understand that plans and preferences can change after placing an order. That’s why we offer a 24-hour window to modify or cancel your order, hassle-free. To do this, reach out to us ,with your order number, via email (orders.sugarcoats94@gmail.com). 

Unfortunately, requests for modifications or cancellations made outside of this window cannot be accommodated, and we are unable to offer refunds as the order will already be in progress. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.
