⏰ Order Cut-Off times

• To keep everything running smoothly, orders are open from Monday to Wednesday and close at 7pm on Wednesday or once we are fully booked.

• Orders received after the cut-off will roll over to the next baking cycle.

 

📦 Postal Orders (Brookies Only)

Only our original brookies and cookie butter brookies are available for postal delivery nationwide.

• Brookies are ready within 3–4 days and can be shipped via 24-hour or 48-hour delivery, with your preferred option selected at checkout.

• The brookies will be shipped via a tracked postal service to ensure freshness.

• You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

❗ Other items (cheesecake cakes, cheesecakes, and cream-based products) are NOT AVAILABLE by post due to their delicate nature.

 

📍 Collection

Prefer to collect? No problem!

• Free collection is available for all of our products from our micro bakery and the details for the collection point will be provided at the checkout.

• Please arrive within your time slot to ensure a smooth handover.

• Upon selecting a collection point, customers will receive a separate email within 24 hours outlining three available collection time slots for the chosen location. Customers must respond within 24 hours to confirm their preferred time slot. If you anticipate being late, please let us know at least one hour before your scheduled time slot. If you arrive late without prior notice, you will need to arrange collection from our Tulse Hill collection point.

• Collection days are between Saturday to Monday.​
